Sammy Hagar celebrated the launch of his new rum, Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, at his Cabo Wabo Cantina (www.CaboWaboCantina.com) last night at the Miracle Mile Shops inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The Red Rocker hosted a private event inside the Cantina with friends and family in celebration of his newest endeavor after walking through the restaurant, greeting fans and signing bottles of his prized spirit.
Joining the party was Hagar’s close friend, Emeril Lagasse. The pals and their wives, Kari and Alden, cheersed to the evening with shots of the new rum before sipping on the cantina’s new rum cocktails, including Sammy’s Shark Bite, Sammy’s Beach Rum Toasted Colada and Sammy’s Maui Libre. Guests also enjoyed mini ahi tostadas, chicken tostadas and beef skewers from Cabo Wabo Cantina.
