The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin combines an exciting mixture of top international designers and young ambitious new talent. As title sponsor and promoter of the event, Mercedes-Benz is very pleased to support this unique event for creative interaction in the German capital city for the seventh time.

Many celebrated guests of Mercedes-Benz as Milla Jovovich, Philip Treacy, Miles Aldridge, Boris Becker, Vitali Klitschko and Matthias Schweigho?fer made the trip to the capital to take part in the shows at the Bebelplatz and the side events of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin.Mexican fashion brand Jesus Ibarra + Bertholdo (JI+B)’s presentation garnered also quite a lot of attention. Mercedes-Benz brought the successful duo in from Mexico in the capital, their first

international performance. Designers Jesus Ibarra and Bertholdo Espinoza have already received many awards back in their home country, including the Mexico Fashion Award, for their unique designs, inspired by architecture and art. In 2009 the Architectural Digest Mexico named them both “Design Icons”. This is surely not the last one has heard about JI+B, because the duo once again displayed its feel for innovation and unique creativity.
