Who was the a$$hole in Tel Aviv, Israel, yelling “Fuck Madonna” over and over again to her fans on a bridge?
Why it was none other than Veronica Grey, who was crossing said bridge on foot to see the MGMT show that was directly across the street at the same time
as Madonna’s and Paul Oakenfold’s on Wednesday, September 2.
Obviously, Veronica Grey chose the aural pleasure of Andrew VanWyngarden, Ben Goldwasser, Will Berman, James Richardson, and Matt Asti of MGMT
over Madonna’s oral whatever.
The following was posted on one of Madonna’s YouTube videos from that evening:
“FUCK MADONNA! yes that was me yelling that statement over and over again from across the street at the MGMT show.

At least “The Vadge” lives up to her name.

Not to be outdone, there is a “hot” new boy band out called V Factory
that the ladies apparently think is dreamy.
It is not lost on us that “hot new boy band” is most likely an oxymoron to most of you reading this. It is to us writing…

Sorry Warner Brothers, but what do you expect from a record label that resurrected the Smashing Pumpkins.
Not everyone can be Virgin Records. (Have you signed Ghost of Gloria yet?)
In case you have been living under a rock (band,) you may have heard of a show on HBO titled, “True Blood,”
where everyone is addicted to “the V.”
So addicted that yep, Miss World herself, Courtney Love, sports “the V” on her bathing suit.

Maybe that is how Courtney lost 44 pounds in just 4 months.
Nothing but a “V” diet.
Wonder when Love will end up on the cover of the circumspect “V Magazine.”
Just like the White House, W is out.
V is in.

Everyone knows that “V” on your fingers forms a peace sign, and Depeche Mode’s new video, “Peace,”
features someone who suspiciously resembles their “muse” Veronica Grey from when she shaved her head.
Props to EMI Music for hosting the video. Expect nothing less from a label that released the Sex Pistols.
“True Blood” brother on HBO
‘Entourage” star Adrian Grenier and his band The Honey Brothers have only two remaining shows this year
so catch them while you can. And by catch them we mean Hollywood on September 13 and San Diego the next night.
And by can we mean toilet.

You mention Veronica Grey as if she is a household name but since we never heard of her we googled her and found out she currently endorses a brand new novel out titled “The Meadow” (http://themeadownovel.wordpress.com/)

Pretty interesting, since it deals with reincarnation and how the same souls keep reuniting over and over as for example, mother and son, husband and wife, teacher and student, etc.

Veronica Grey really is an a$$whole.
Even though she had front row seats at Boston’s Fenway Park for MGMT and Paul McCartney, seats that people paid around $2000 for each night, she left during Paul McCartney. Who does that to a Beatle?

Доброго времени суток,друзья мои. Сегодня всем нам показали эмблему грядущей в 2014 году Олимпиады, и я конечно не могу себе отказать в удовольствии нафлудить тут у Вас… :)
Итак, практически по всем каналам промчалось данное известие, как подобает, с наивысшей степенью ПиаРа. Сам президент подержал футболку с логотипчиком, замутили пресс-конференцию, на Первом забабахали концерт, ну и конечно, рекламные трейлеры о нашей необыкновенной Олимпиаде.
Тем самым как то на 2-й план отошла сама картинка, что будет красоваться на флагах, шарфиках, и прочей сувенирной продукции через 4 года. А хотелось бы остановиться на ней поподробнее. Если честно, когда увидел, был немного разочарован. Сразу всплыла в голове такая картина: сидят где-то наши организаторы Олимпиады, и тут один вскакивает с дивана и кричит “мужыки, нам ведь завтра эмблему в Олимпийский коммитет надо отсылать”. Начинается суета, но не долго думая наши функционеры садятся за ближайший комп, набирают незамысловатым шрифтом текст Sochi2014 (само собой на английском) добавляют банальное .RU А чтобы не заморачиваться с графикой, в Гугле находят олимпийские кольца и впихивают их рядом с этой надписью в фотошопе :)
Ребят, просто нет слов! Всё понимаю: кольца, название города, год проведения, но где тут фишка??? та, чтобы цепляла. Где нестандартные дизайнерские решения? Взять к примеру лого той же прошедшей Олимпиады 2006 года в Турине, где изображен силуэт “Моле-Антонеллины”, который нельзя перепутать ни с чем. Он плавно переходит в изображение горы, окруженной кристалликами льда, на которой снег сливается с небом. Кристаллики переплетаются между собой, образовывая сеть: сеть новых технологий и вечного Олимпийского единства.
Я вот совсем не понимаю, на кой нам нужно это .RU Посещаемость сайта решили повысить? так я думаю он и без эмблемы имел бы посетителей. К тому же официальный сайт олимпиады будет на английском и явно не в зоне RU. Да и вообще на фоне продвижения государством доменной зоны RF, как то уже начинаешь привыкать к мысли что зона RU вскоре станет “устаревшей” чтоли, а то и вообще сгинет как пережиток прошлого..
ЗЫ То ли ещё будет, весной талисман нужно миру показывать..
