3rd Annual Shuck & Swallow event hosted by First Food & Bar and Santa Monica Seafood.
The event took place at First Food & Bar inside the Palazzo and its purpose is to bring the chefs out of the kitchen and into the spotlight!
The proceeds from the event benefit Three Square.
X1075’s morning team Dave & Mahoney emceed the event and the winner, with 125 oysters shucked and swallowed, was PJ Clarke’s.
The team won a trophy, bragging rights and a trip to Costa Mesa for the big championship in 2012.
